One flat fee. Everything included. No surprises.
$2,500 per month. No contracts. No account reps. No hidden costs. Just a complete, done-for-you marketing operation for your HVAC or plumbing business — managed personally by Daniel.
$2,500 / month
That’s $30,000 a year.
For most of our clients, that represents less than 1.5% of their annual revenue — which means the marketing that keeps their phones ringing, their brand visible, and their existing customers coming back costs less than their average job week.
There are no tiers. No add-ons. No setup fees. No surprises on your invoice.
What’s Included
Everything. Here’s exactly what we do for every client, every month:
1. SEO + AI Visibility (AIO)
We keep your website ranking well in traditional search and growing in AI-powered search results — the platforms your future customers are increasingly using to find local HVAC companies. This includes your initial website content rewrite, a 12-month blog plan (two posts per month), and ongoing updates aligned with the season and your services.
2. Google Business Profile + Directory Management
Your Google Business Profile is one of the most powerful (and most neglected) tools a local HVAC company has. We manage it actively — posts, photos, reviews, services, and seasonal updates — and make sure your name, address, and phone number are consistent and correct across every online directory that matters.
3. Social Media + Nextdoor
We manage your Facebook, Nextdoor, and Google presence with regular posts that match the season, your promotions, and your community. Nothing generic. Everything tied to the content we’re already creating for you.
4. Email Marketing + Seasonal Promotions
Two emails per month to your existing customer list — one on the 1st, one on the 15th. We write them, design them, and make sure they go out on time. We also design up to four seasonal promotions a year to give your customers a reason to call before they need to.
5. Customer Retention + Referrals
Most agencies only focus on finding new customers. We spend as much time helping you keep the ones you already have and turning them into referral sources. This includes a customer referral system, reactivation campaigns for lapsed customers, and upsell prompts aligned with the season.
6. Local Brand Visibility
We help you find and act on community visibility opportunities — local publications, neighbourhood partnerships, sponsorships, and events that build genuine brand trust beyond digital marketing. These are templated across our client base and customised for your area.
7. Monthly Reporting
Every month you get a plain-English report showing how your marketing is performing. Not just leads and calls — but brand growth, review volume, email engagement, keyword rankings, and customer retention indicators. You’ll always know where things stand.
The Honest Part
We also want to be upfront about what isn’t included in the $2,500/month:
Paid advertising (Google Ads, LSAs, PPC) — If you want to run paid ads, we’ll manage the relationship and reporting, but we refer the actual ad management to our trusted partner Scorpion, who specialise in this and can track it accurately. This keeps your marketing clean and your results honest.
Major website rebuilds — We’ll rewrite and improve your existing website content as a first step. A full website redesign is a separate project and we’ll refer you to the right people for that if needed.
Why $2,500?
A few reasons, and we’ll be straight with you about all of them.
It’s priced to be a no-brainer. If your business is generating $2–3 million a year and we’re the reason your marketing runs reliably, retains customers, and grows your local reputation, $30,000 a year is genuinely good value — and you’ll feel that.
It’s also priced so we can do great work. At $2,500/month, we can maintain a small, high-quality client roster (we cap at 12 clients total, one per state). That means you get Daniel’s full attention — not a junior account manager checking boxes.
And it’s low enough that it never becomes a line item you’re tempted to cut. We want to be the kind of monthly cost that you never think twice about because it’s always working.
What It Looks Like in Year One
Months 1–2: Website content review and rewrite. Initial SEO audit. Blog calendar built. Email templates created. All directories and GBP updated and optimised. 12 months of blog content backdated and indexed.
Month 3 onward: Monthly rhythm kicks in. Two blog posts, two emails, regular social and GBP updates, monthly report, seasonal promotions as needed.
By month 6: You’ll have a clean, consistent marketing operation running in the background. You won’t need to think about it.
Ready to Talk?
If this sounds like the kind of marketing partner you’ve been looking for, let’s have a conversation. No hard sell. No proposal with 47 line items. Just a straightforward conversation about whether we’re a good fit for each other.
